1/ Our Contract
All order requests are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by The Weekend Florist. We reserve the right to reject any order, at our absolute discretion.
In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order even after receiving payment, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full via the payment method used to place the order.
Acceptance of your offer and completion of the contract between us only takes place when we start to process your order.
2/ Our Flower Arrangements
The floral arrangement you order from us will be based on the design you have selected. We will do our best to use all of the flowers you see in our designs.
However, flower availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured.
If we need to replace any of the focal flowers in our designs, we will do our best to maintain the colour palette and use only flowers that are of equal or a higher value.
If you ordered our 'Florist's Pick' arrangements, flower selection will be decided by the florist to complement the design
If you would like to include a particular type of flower, please specify in the ‘remarks’ section upon checkout and we will try our best to accommodate to the request. Depending on the season, some flowers might not be available at our local wholesalers.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and produced goods.
We charge a flat rate of SGD10 per location.
Our delivery timeslots are:
Monday: 2pm to 5pm
Tuesday to Friday: 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 5pm
Saturdays: 10am to 2pm
We do not deliver on Sundays.

In the event that no one is at the premise to receive the item(s), we will place the item(s) in a safe spot. However, if that is not possible and a re-delivery is required, a SGD20 re-delivery charge will apply.
All prices are in SGD.
Payment must be made in full before we process your order.

5/ Promotional Discount Codes
All discount codes will expire after 3 months.
Discount codes cannot be used for promotional or sale items.
All discount codes are valid for one-time use only.
We reserve the right to change or withhold these discount codes at any time.
Discount codes cannot be applied to shipping/delivery charge.
6/ Cancellations & Refund
For cancellations, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery in order for us to make a refund.
No refunds will be made if you cancel your order later than that.
Please drop us a call or text at +65 8889 0554 to cancel your order.
We require that any refund request due to dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to us within 24 hours of delivery. This should be communicated to us with images sent to +65 8889 0554 for our assessment.
7/ Floral Subscription
A minimum of 1 month subscription must be fulfilled in order to cancel your subscription prematurely. We will pro-rate the subscription fees accordingly and make a refund to you via PayNow or Bank Transfer.
No refunds will be made if you cancel your 1-month subscription prematurely.
If you subscribed for 3-months and decide to cancel your subscription prematurely, a minimum requirement of 4 deliveries will still be charged before refunding the balance to you.
Flowers are delivered either on Wednesdays or Fridays, depending on the selected first delivery day.
Delivery time-slot will be between 10am to 5pm. Should there be no one at the premise to receive the flower arrangement, we will place it at a safe spot outside the premise.

Vases are on a loan basis - we will retrieve the previous vase from you upon delivery of the new vase arrangement. Should you cancel your subscription prematurely, the vase will be collected at our convenience. Alternatively, you can purchase it.
For any breakage of damages to the vases, we will charge the full amount required to replace the vase.

The minimum participant rate of 70% must be met for any of our workshop to proceed.
In the event that the minimium participant rate is not met, we will make a full refund of your workshop fees.
The maximum participant rate will be stated in the description of the workshop. We will not exceed the maximum no. of participants to ensure that the environment is condusive and productive.
Cancellations must be communicated to us via text at +65 8889 0554 at least 7 days before the workshop for a refund (capped at 50%).
No refunds will be made for no-shows.
We reserve the right to review each cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
